We love to photograph Mitzvahs … there is something so spiritual and special about watching a young person get up in front of a large group and lead this solemn Jewish ceremony. The man of the day, Jason, more than rose to the occasion and spoke with confidence and poise. One could tell this was an extremely tight knit family and had worked hard and with love guiding Jason to this point. The ceremony was held at The Temple Emanuel in Kensington which has a Sanctuary made of stone, wood, and glass which makes for a really cool backdrop for photos.

After Jason’s flawless performance it was time to party! The reception was held at The Redwood Restaurant in Bethesda, a trendy upscale venue on Bethesda Row. The food, party favors, entertainment were out of this world. The family spared nothing to insure their guests were well fed and entertained.
