Karen & Steven Wedding at Antrim 1844 Taneytown,MD
I had the honor to photograph the winter wedding of Karen & Steven in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony church in December of 2012. This church is a fantastic work of architecture. It had just snowed a few inches and continued to do so lightly throughout the day. The bride and groom got ready at Antrim 1844, and came back again to celebrate after the ceremony at the church. They were such a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed their family and friends very much as well. The food was amazing, the band was hot, the people were warm and a fantastic time was had by all. Karen decorated the reception area with special vintage items and her bouquet with broaches that she had collected. She also had a gorgeous, long flowing, vintage vale that was really fun to photograph. It created some fantastic lines. On the bottom of her shoes were inscribed with something very special as well. There were too many thoughtful touches to cover them all here. I hope the pictures captured the beauty of the occasion! Of course we have hundreds more incredible images that wouldnt fit in this blog.
I would like to thank Karen & Steven for having Mark Lovett Photography photograph their special day and I also would like to thank the folks at Antrim 1844 for doing such a nice job. I highly recommend the Antrim 1844. It is a really beautiful historic venue with very nice people and it is an interesting place to photograph.
Enjoy the photos and feel free to comment if you like at the end of the post.
Thanks,
Mark
